Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Central Texas Council to reduce the harmful effects of substance abuse in our communities through outreach, community mobilization, prevention programs, intervention and treatment

Vision Statement

The vision of the Central Texas Council on Alcoholism & Drug Abuse is to promote wellness through alcohol, tobacco and other drug education and intervention, in order to enhance the quality of life for individuals, youth and families.
