           Adolescent Outpatient Program          

              

 

    Who?:    Teenagers 13-17 who have substance abuse problem may benefit from CTCADA's Adolescent Outpatient program

     What?:    This program meets one time per week for 2 hours and consists of educational presentations and group discussions.  Additionally, individual and/or family sessions are arranged as needed and family support groups are are available.

     Where?  Group counseling is scheduled at different times for different sites.  Call for more information.

       Enrollment?:    Contact the CTCADA to make an appointment for a screening.  The staff will be friendly and helpful, providing you with guidance by a trained professional.  Call CTCADA at:

    Fees?:    Fees for services are based on a sliding fee scale; which means it is based on income.  If your adjusted income is over federal guidelines, then you will be asked to contribute toward the fee for Outpatient treatment.  Many families will qualify for free services.

   Consent for Enrollment?:    Parental consent is not required.  However, it is highly recommended for teenagers 13-17 years old.  Family involvement is an important part of treatment.
